I reduced size of topper to fit 6 x 6 scalloped edged card blank, printed 3 copies for decoupage. I cut out the main topper and used dst to fix it to card blank and then put sparkly border peel off along the four sides of card.

I cut out the dress from the second copy leaving the border and attached border to first topper with ds foam pads.

I cut out and layered the dress using silicone glue. I used sparkly border peel off to trim the hem of the dress and also on the waist. I finished by adding small pearls to the centre of the flowers. Love this design.
