2 Pink Party Birthday ToppersCompleted by Barbara Rice

I used my graphic program to enlarge one of the pink party birthday toppers. Used black cardstock as the base, a pink polka dot paper on top of that and then added the topper with black polka dot ribbon and a border I punched from black cardstock.

Added a star rhineston in middle of star wand and in top right corner put a photo corner with pink rhinestone flower.
