Yeh! Time to Party with Clock and CakeCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto photo paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a pink A5 card. Using foam pads, I built up the Decoupage. I used glitter and Bling on aspects of the card. I also stuck a Butterfly on the left corner.

I used Rainbow Glitter and Red glitter. I did not put the age Number on. This is a great design and so much fun to make. up.
