Because the original image was identical to the file I decided to print the image out three times and decoupage it.
I printed it onto good quality matte photographic paper and cut the shoes and mobile phone for the first layer and the shoes and sentiment for the second layer.
I applied glossy accents to the bead on the bracelet, the lipstick tube, the perfume bottle stopper and the ornament on the handbag.
I mounted the topper onto blue sparkle card. This is a very colourful, trendy card, ideal for a teenage girl.
