I printed the file on glossy photopaper and cut out the parts. I attached some pink shimmer paper with rounded corners to a C5 scalloped cardblank with DST. I matted the main image on this with DST,having also punched round corners.

I layered the Teen Diva panel, text and PC with foam pads.I used glossy accents to give volume to the lips, braces and boot laces.

I added a touch of yellow stickles to the fringe and gave her a tiny lavender gem earring. I decoupaged the bow with silicone and added a small silver ribbon bow and silver heart topped with a lavender mini gem.

I gave the PC wobbly eyes and placed a pretty pink and silver flower with a tiny lavender gem, in the lower right corner.

I completed the card with its matching insert, cup484620_1209.
