Special Girl BirthdayCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the design base onto the front of a white C5 card, i then finished my card by making up the design, this is a beautiful birthday design, which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
