Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Stuck the Topper to a Salmon colored, textured Matte. Used DST to attach to a White scalloped edge Card. Foam Pads was used to add the Decoupage. I put some Sprinkled Sugar Glitter on the Flowers and Butterflies. A very pretty Design.
