I decided to mount this base topper onto an 8 x 8 Crafty Bob's White scalloped edge card base - and placed it closest to the LH side using DST.

Tied a pink and silver ribbon down that side and added the decourpage Anna on the base topper.

The other elements I decourpaged around the white space left on the card base - namely the sentiment tag in the RH top corner - which I added a silver peel-off to, the butterflies and the gem in the middle half-way down, adding diamontes around the edge and an "18" peel-off in the centre.

The flowers I mounted in the bottom corner with foam tape. To finish off I added some cream Liquid Pearls on the Candelier for the bulbs to add that shimmer.

I saved the large pink purse to mount inside in the bottom RH corner on a cardbaord shape or maybe a doily (still deciding) and will add a verse on the LH side.
