I printed this file onto matt photographic paper, matted the base image onto patterned silver card and fixed to a white card blank.

I printed the base image twice so that I could add the wreath as an extra decoupage layer, this wasn't necessary just personal choice.

I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I added Glossy Accents to some of the flowers and glitter using a clear glitter pen to the butterflies.

I bowed the sentiment and fixed with silicone glue. Lastly I added a green toning ribbon bow. This is a beautiful image in lovely pastel colours, I love it.
