Printed onto Gloss Paper I cut out the elements, and used DST to attach the Topper to a sheen blue card.

Using Foam Pads I added the Decoupage. I stuck the sentiment to the top of the card.

I stuck small Flower Beads of different colours on aspects of the Card. I used Pink , Gold, and Crystal Glitters on different aspects of the cake and candles I also stuck Different coloured gems on the top of the Icing.

A wonderful design, an easy card to make and looks great made up.
