Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I attached the main front to a Shiny white DL card using DST. I used foam pads to attach Decoupage elements. I used bling on the Dress, Hat, and Sandals.

I stuck a white Butterfly to Left hand corner of card. I find these cards easy to make and are so pretty.
