I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card as shown.

I added the layer and caption using sticky pads and completed the card with a Happy Birthday caption from cup308743_1298 Neon On White Sentiment Toppers and silver-pink peel off borders.

This card can also be finished for a 6, 7 0r 8 year old. Just let me know.
