Mrs Potato Head in Her Flowered HatCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a white textured card. Using foam pads I built up the Decoupage. To finish I used gems on the Bow, Flower on Hat and on bag.

I then stuck two wiggly eyes on using craft glue. A wonderful design, which is easy to make up.
