printed sheet on glossy photo paper, cut out main picture and decoupage and made an easel card from cream card stock.

I backed the main picture onto silver musical holographic card with dst and used silicone glue to add the decoupage.

I used silver musical holographic card for the base of the card and attached the topper. I used a musical 'happy birthday to you' sentiment as the stopper.
