Girls and Make UpCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Teenager
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with clear glaze to make up bottle tops and lips, star dust stickles to make up bag & nail polish and lilac flower gems to corners.
A great girlie design.
