Cute Turtle Birthday Card Front 2Completed by Susan Rapin

This cute birthday card was printed on glossy CS then mounted on contrasting CS. Pieces were cut out and attached with pop dots for a 3-D image. Glitter glue was applied to the candles and horn.

The pink party hat was mounted over the blue one to make it a card for a little girl. There were enough pieces left over for another card for a boy.
