I printed the file onto good quality matte photographic paper, I printed the file twice so that I could add a little decoupage, I didn't need to do this it was just my choice.

I matted the base image onto pink card to match the shoes and attached to a white card blank.I added the decoupage layer using silicone glue.

I added glossy accents to the lipstick tube, the rose on the perfume bottle and the bows on the shoes.

I then matted the sentiment on to pink then silver card and attached using foam pads.

As I didn't have ribbon the exact same pink as the matting layer I cut a thin sliver from the same card as the matting layer and put a peel off chain down the centre, this I attached to the card using glossy accents, Lastly I added three small matching diamontes to the sentiment.

This is a cute but pretty card that is very easy to make.
