I printed this sheet onto 135gsm photo paper and cut out all the elements.

I used photo glue to attach the main picture to an 8 x 8 inch card blank and then used silicone glue to add the Happy Birthday sentiment.

I then used holographic pink border peel offs on the outer edge.
