used A4 card fold in half print sheet on photo paper cut all pieces out , place main picture on red mirror card cut round card with deckle edge scissors place on card with d/sided tape then put decoupage on with silicone adhesive or d/sided sticky pads, put strip of red mirror card 1inch from bottom place the happy birthday on left with d/sided sticky pads, put glitter in places
