Such a pretty vintage design, and I can see all sorts of possibilities for it.

For this one, I reduced the size and printed on matte photo paper, then cut away most of the border from the image and layered it with two Anna Griffin papers and a punched lace border.

Added the decoupage with silicone, embellished with ink distressing and two paper corners, and finished with a scrunchy bow. Sweet.
