Vintage Rose Panel Card with Toppers

I reduced the size slightly to fit my card, which I covered with dark green card stock, then Eileen Mikolyanus' backing cup422970_503, with the side edges punched, and then the base image-all added with dst.

I added the panels with thin foam pads, also the sentiment, and used an Old Paper Distress Ink pad to antique the card a bit.

Finished with Liquid Pearl dots, peel-off borders, and a sheer pink bow. Yummy :-)
