This was such an easy card to do that no one should have a problem making this up. First of all I printed the design onto HP 200gsm Glossy Photo Paper and then cut out all the pieces.
I then glued the base picture to the pale lilac card and placed the decoupaged pieces on top using the adhesive pads.
