Vintage Feel Pink Roses Best Friend Birthday TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base image onto silver mirror card, then made a wider frame with hot pink metallic foil embossed with an all over rose pattern, I then matted that onto silver holo card, I added a pink feather & Ivy swirl die cut & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in one of Jean's own papers.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust & Eucalyptus Stickles to add some sparkle.
