Vintage Feel Pink Roses Best Friend Birthday TopperCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I then added some pale lilac gems to the centres of the roses and some silver peeloff corners to finish.

The insert for this card reads With Love & Best Wishes.
