Velvet Roses Fancy Scalloped Edge Envelope CardCompleted by Carolyn Norris
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I typed my text in the blank label and then printed the design on quality cardstock. The decoupage was done with foam pads. The card front was then attached, with double sided tape, to a white card.
A bit of shimmer on the roses, a white bow and small red rhinestones completed my card. This gorgeous card was easy to cut and quick to assemble.
