Tulips with a Message

I placed Plum coloured shimmer paper on good quality card, added main image to this, I used my Sakura Clear Star pen on each layer of the flowers to give them a vintage shimmer, also used the pen around the large and small frame edges. I layered the Tulips and sentiment with

silicone. I ran a string of pearls around the inside border of the frame and added 3 pearls to the birthday tag. This is a gorgeous card when put together and I have so many ideas for future cards with it.
