I mounted the base topper onto an 8 x 8 Crafty Bob's white card base, after printing out the sheet and cutting out all the elements.

I then added the butterfly decourpage elements with foam tape, with the exception of the butterfly above the "Happy Birthday" sentiment tag, which had two layers under the wings of the second butterfly (top layer) to give the illusion of flight.

I then added silver peel-off corners to the three corners and embellished the sentiment tag, around the flower arrangement and on the frame with white Liquid Pearl dots.

I'm very please with the results - such an elegant design.
