Steam Punk Blue Floral FlutterCompleted by Darlene Handorff

My favorite color turquoise and in a Steam Punk design. I printed the pattern onto a glossy photo paper and cut out the pattern pieces. I used a turquoise blue from my Steam Punk craft stash for a card base.

I layered the front first with DST and the main piece, then the decoupage was added with dimensional foam. I made an insert on both inside panels and used the birthday with love greeting.
