I printed this sheet onto a good quality matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main topper onto an 8x8 inch card blank and built up the decoupage using foam pads and glue gel.
To decorate the card I used gems and glitter.
This was a very quick and easy card to make and looks stunning.
