I made the bottom tag bigger before I printed twice on matte card, I cut out the center portion of the second print and used as the firstr layer of decoupage using foam squares, applied glitter glue with a paint brush to give some highlights to the scrolls and used Crystal Drops on the stamens.
I printed an insert and matching envelope on 100gsm paper to finish.
