Scalloped Flutter Tulips Quick CardCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then stuck on the tulips piece with sticky tabs and stuck all the butterflies on by their bodies and lifted the wings as in flight.

I stuck a "Happy Birthday" message in the middle of the card.
