Room With a View 3
A lovely card with a beautiful Room with a view has 3 greeting tags and a blank one

A Room with a view is exactly what this 3 dimensional appearance to the eye shows us in this design offered for purchase by Ceredwyn Macrae, with this beautiful casement window surrounded by roses, looking out onto the view of the river and huge Ferris wheel.
I printed the sheet provided onto 2 separate 200gsm white CB matte card. I used one copy as the main backing sheet.
I edged this backing sheet with a bright orange marker, and attached a gold satin and organza 2cm wide gold ribbon across horizontally to the back of this main backing sheet, 4cm down from the top edge, and then using padded tape attached the next backing sheet which is a vermillion shade and measures 13.5 cm square.
I used regular D.S. tape to attach the white backing sheet which measures 14.5 cm square. Before I attached this to the card front I used a gold metallic fine line pen to edge the white card and rule another line inside this.
I used an orange marker to edge the vermillion backing sheet. I then made the main card from an Ivory card with an all-over very fine white line circular design, cutting it at 29cm x 16cm.
I scored and folded it and attached the completed backing sheets, using D.S. Tape.
I used the second copy to then cut away the outside pale frame, and keeping the overhanging rose sprays attached.
I used the same gold fine line metallic pen to edge this main image and used padded D.S. tape to attach it to the card front I used the Just for you sentiment, which I attached to some of the same vermillion backing sheet and then coloured the 2mm exposed vermillion roughly with the gold pen.
I used the extra 1.5cm section of the card front to attach the sentiment, and the bow I have made with the gold ribbon.
To make the insert relevant to the theme of the card front I used the same vermillion backing sheet paper cut at 15.5 x 13.5 cm , and used a tiny 9cm ivory coloured doily to overlap the vermillion and the white sheet cut at 12.5 x 10.5 cm, attaching them to the left hand side using D.S.
Tape. I made a tiny paper rose, cut out some green leaves, and used a bronze metallic pen to draw the stem and write the sentiment.
I made a white sheet cut at 13.5 x 11cm to attach to the right hand side.
I used some leaves and the bronze pen to decorate this space I have left for the verse. I am delighted with the design and the vibrant appeal it has when complete as a greeting card. I will have many uses for this very versatile design. Pamela Horton
