On the hearts ...I love you and With all my Love and on the tags, With all my Love and Happy Valentines. There are 2 Blanks for you to add your own text also.
This beautiful design depicts everything about love.....Red Roses, the flowers of Love, the Candles for a romantic dinner and lots of love hearts!! For Valentines Day or a wife or girlfriends birthday, this card will truly let your loved one know how your feel.
I have left the decoupage roses 'in full' but you can cut to suit your own preferences.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card with double sided tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I added glitter to the candle flames, the roses and the centre of the bow.
