I printed this file onto good quality matte photographic paper, I cut it twice so that I could enhance the decoupage, this wasn't necessary, just my choice.

I matted the base onto pearlescent pink card and then mounted onto a white blank card.

For the second layer I cut out the centre wreath and mounted using foam pads. I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I then applied Glossy Accents to some of the flowers, flower centres and the heart, I applied Stickles glitter to the butterfly wings.

Lastly I arched the sentiment and fastened both ends to the card using foam pads, this meant that the sentiment stood proud from the card.

This is a very pretty card with beautiful muted colours.
