Printed out 2 to the page to fit a black 6x6 scallop edge card and cut out all the elements.

I then added the base image to the card using d/s tape and added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

With the extra erflies I placed them in 2 corners and added a Deepest Sympathy silver peeloff sentiment to finish.
