Pretty Bluebell Flutter with Frame TopperCompleted by Fran Turner

I printed this on to photo paper and cut out the two parts. I mounted the base design on to a lilac card with dst. I fixed the frame with foam pads as well as the extra butterflies. I used platinum glitter glue to the pearls around the frame.
