I printed onto good quality smooth card,printing the flowers a second time so i could decoupage them.I matted some co-ordinating card onto the card blank and added a punched border to the topper before attaching it using 3d foam tape for added dimension.Finally i used foam pads to build the decoupage elements and flowers and finished with a die-cut sentiment.A gorgeous design that any girl (young or old!) would love to receive.
