Such a pretty topper for a card - I printed, cut out and layered up - I then rounded the corners before attaching to a swirly bling background that I had recoloured to match the topper.
Added a green organza bow and some glass green gems to complete.

Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a lovely design.
