I pinted onto glossy photo paper, then cut out all the elements,I matted a blank card with a deep plum shade card to bring out the lovely colours of the design ,I then added the base design and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,I finished with a little glitter to the flower centers and a co ordinating bow.A lovely elegant design.
