Lovely Polka Dot Shoes and Roses Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements, and used DST to attach the Topper to a White A5 card. Using Foam Pads, I built up the Decoupage. I put Crystal Glitter on aspects of the Flowers. I stuck a White Organza Bow to top corner.

A great design, very easy to make up.
