Lovely Champagne Roses on a Quadrefoil PlaqueCompleted by Chell Sharpe
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
i printed the sheet out onto photo paper. I matted the base image onto silver glitter card, added a feather & used foam pads to mount it to the base card i'd covered in an inked embossed background.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used stickles glitter glue to give it some shimmer.
