The design was printed on matte photo paper and the elements cut out. I matted the main image on purple card and mounted this on a bright green cardblank, cut , scored and folded to fit my card front leaving a narrow margin.

The decoupage was added with 2mm foam pads. I added glossy accents to details on the bee, toning stickles glitter to the flower centres, and different coloured stickles to the letters of the "Happy Birthday" greeting.

I completed the card with a tiny lucky ladybird in the bottom corner. A lovely card for a spring time birthday!
