I printed this design on to white card and cut out all the elements,I placed the main picture on to a green c5 card and added all the rest of the elements to it I finished it off with a happy birthday.

I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape to adhere the card front to a deep green matte and a blank natural card base.
The title of this card describes it perfectly.
