Gorgeous Poppies Topper Two
This kit includes the card topper, image layer to mount to topper with thin foam, a label that says: It's Your Special Day.
Also includes a blank label so you can use any sentiment you would like for your card. A matching insert is available cup1104269.

I printed the card sheet onto 200gsm card and cut out the elements before using DST to attach the base image to a rose pink card blank, leaving a border of approximately 5mm.
Next, I used double-sided foam tape to add the upper layer of the centre panel and the blank sentiment plaque to which I added a gold 'Happy Birthday' peel-off.
I designed this card for a friend's birthday. I printed the page on Epson Matte Premium Presentation Paper. Cut out all the pieces. Mounted card topper to a card base that I cut to be the same size as topper.
Instead of using foam to mount the image and sentiment layers. I cut some scraps of left over card stock and attached to the back of image and sentiment label. Then I attached the image and sentiment label to card topper with adhesive.
