Friends are the FlowersCompleted by Pat Mottram

I printed this file onto matte photographic paper, I printed it twice so that I could make a frame and enhance decoupage.

I matted the base image onto silver holographic card and fixed to a white card blank.

From the second base image I cut a frame and decoupage, I fixed the frame using foam strips and constructed the decoupage using silicone glue.

Pearls were added to the centre of the stars on the lace frame and Glossy accents to the centre of the flowers.

Lastly I matted the sentiment onto silver holographic card and fixed with foam pads then added a toning bow.

This is a really pretty card with a lovely sentiment.
