I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. I attached a die cut panel to a card, then covered the front of the card with a lemon lace patterned paper.
I then mounted the topper and layered.
Added a sentiment and finished by adding gems to the floral die cut panel. A gorgeous design. If you purchase this finished card you will receive a 14.5cms card.
