I printed this image onto a sheet of 120g smooth decoupage paper,then cut it out,i then mounted the main image to an A5 card ,and decoupaged it up,added some light green liquid pearl to the small green leaves down the scolloped edge ,then mounted a flat back pearl into the center of each.
