Fantastic Day Birthday Topper 1Completed by Christine Sutton
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Friend
Printed onto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto a cream base card. I outlined with gold peel off borders and built layers up using foam pads. I added pearls to the flowers and a dragonfly to finish. A wonderful design, easy to cut out and make up.
Looks great when complete.
