A lovely Light, Dusky Pink, Floral card front, with a Co-ordinating Border and Fancy Frame. A Fancy topper, with Happy Birthday and a Floral Spray at the top, in the center. With extra layers to decoupage and a small topper for the reverse of your card.
This will make a very pretty A5 Quick Birthday card.

I printed the sheet onto white card and cut out the base picture and the decoupage elements. I rounded the corners of the base picture and attached this to frosted paper, corners also rounded.
I mounted both layers onto a blank cream card and added the decoupage elements with silicone glue. I then added purple glitter to the decorative border swirls.
