I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to a white card and trimmed with a scalloped edge. Layered all elements. Added gems to two corners, gems for bubbles coming out of the glass, glitter, and finished with a bow and a greeting.

Printed on glossy photo paper, i cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, i then mounted the image onto an embossed mat and then onto the card using dst.
This is a beautiful design.
